Answer
If you do not have a printer installed on the PC you need to install a (virtual) printer. Open the Control Panel – choose Printers – Delete all FAXSERVER IP printers (if existing) choose Add Printer – Add Local Printer – Choose as printer port FILE: (Print to File). After this select a filename and a printer type. Also check if the Printer spooler is active: open START menu, type CMD, right click on CMD.EXE and select RUN as ADMINISTRATOR. Type “net start spooler” With Ctrl+Shift+Esc end the process SFLaunch.exe when this is active. Start the Sendfax installation procedure up and follow the given instructions.
