Call Flow Configuration manager
The Call Flow Configuration Manager is software dedicated to the Voice Servers Espero and Anuncio. With this software it is easy to program the call flow from behind your desk. In the software a whole range of actions can be specified. With these actions, the time frames and the external numbers, a flow chart can be set up for incoming calls. Some incoming calls may be routed to an internal number, some to voice mail, some to a message and some to a call queue. Notifications can be part of the configuration. A switch can be configured to make it possible to switch to another configuration in a matter of seconds. This software supports a graphical display of the various configurations, making it easy to configure your Voice Server.  Show screenshot
Vidicode Report Software (Optional)The VC Report software is PC software with which management information on incoming and outgoing calls is represented in a table or a stacked bar graph. All sorts of information can be made visible; waiting time, call duration, number of calls etc. It can be used to analyse call data and much more.
